The Concordia Falcons are a Men's Division III team in Northern Collegiate Hockey Association, and a Women's Division III team in Northern Collegiate Hockey Association. The teams represent Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin.

The men's program was established in 2007. The team moved from the MCHA to the NCHA when the leagues merged in 2013.
