
Chuck Goddard (born March 4, 1945 in Orillia, Ontario) was a Canadian goaltender. He had an excellent career with the junior Peterborough Petes from 1960 to 1964. The property of the Montreal Canadiens, Goddard bounced around the minor pros until 1969.
In that year he entered St. Mary's University in Halifax and became one of the greatest players in that school's history. He played there for four years until 1972. In each year the team won the Atlantic University Sport title. Goddard had a regular season record of 81 wins and 5 losses and was a Canadian University Athletic Association all star in 1969-70 and the most valuable player in the 1968-69 University Cup tournament.
He played in a few games for the Boston Braves in 1972-73 and then retired.
