Christoph Ullmann (born May 19th, 1983 in Altötting) is a German hockey players that has played since 2008-09 for the Cologne Sharks in the DEL.

Christoph Ullmann played in the Cologne Sharks youth system and joined the Regionalliga team in the 1999/00 season. Already in his second season (2000-01) he scored 66 points in only 27 games. He contined his stellar play in the playoffs, scoring 30 points in 14 games.

He split the next two seasons between the Sharks in the DEL and EV Duisburg in the 2.Bundesliga. In 2003 Ullman moved to Adler Mannheim and won the DEL championship in 2007. In 2008 he returned to the Sharks.

He played for Germany in the 2002 and 2003 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He also played for his country in the 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 World Championships.
