Christopher Michael Pryor (born January 23, 1961 in Saint Paul, Minnesota) is an American former ice hockey player. He played defence for the Minnesota North Stars (1984-1988) and New York Islanders (1988-1990).

He played college hockey for the New Hampshire Wildcats from 1979 to 1983. Undrafted by any NHL team, he was signed as a free agent by the Minnesota North Stars in January,1985 after spending a season with the Salt Lake Golden Eagles.

Pryor only played one full season (1986-87) with the North Stars. Otherwise he played a few games a season with Minnesota. He was traded to the New York Islanders in March, 1988, for Gord Dineen. He followed the same pattern with the Islanders, playing a few games each season with the Isles.

From 1990 to 1993 Pryor played exclusively with the Capital District Islanders and then retired.

In the NHL Pryor played in 82 games and scored a goal and 4 assists with 122 penalty minutes.
