Charles Fraser[1] (July 22, 1897 — August 9, 1970) was a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played in one National Hockey League game for the Hamilton Tigers during the 1923–24 NHL season.
Aside from that one game, Fraser played senior hockey in the Maritime Provinces from 1919 to 1925.
