Chad Painchaud (born 27 May 1986 in Mississauga, Ontario) is a professional ice hockey right winger who was selected by the Atlanta Thrashers in the 4th round (106th overall) of the 2004 NHL Entry Draft.
Between the 2003-04 and 2005-06 seasons, Painchaud played in the Ontario Hockey League with the Mississauga IceDogs and Sarnia Sting.
Between the 2006-07 and 2009-10 seasons, Painchaud bounced between the AHL and the ECHL, playing for the Gwinnett Gladiators, Chicago Wolves, Bakersfield Condors, Iowa Chops, Victoria Salmon Kings, and Manitoba Moose.
He was sent to the Anaheim Ducks in September, 2008 as part of a trade for Mathieu Schneider.
