Carl-Göran "Lill-Stöveln" Öberg (born December 24, 1938 in Valbo, Sweden) is a retired professional ice hockey player. He played for Gävle Godtemplares IK, Djurgårdens IF and Södertälje SK.
Oberg played for Sweden at the 1958, 1963, 1965, and 1967 World Championships. He also won a silver medal at the 1964 Winter Olympics.
