The Canalta Cup is awarded to the playoff champions of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL).

It was originally called the Hanbridge Cup from 1969 to 1998; then the Membercare Cup from 1999 to 2004; then the Credential Cup from 2005 to 2009 and then the Credit Union Cup from 2010 to 2011, before taking its' present name.
