Camp Borden is a military base near the city of Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

During the 1920's and 1930's it was the main base of the Royal Canadian Air Force. In World War II army units also trained there.

Hockey (and other sports) were considered a part of military training so the base often entered teams in the Ontario Hockey Association.

An historical moment: In the 1930-31 OHA Intermediate Playoffs Camp Borden was playing a series against Royal Military College in Kingston. The Camp Borden team (all air force pilots) actually flew their own aircraft to the game. This was probably the first time that a hockey team flew itself to a game.
