The Calgary Spurs were a senior and a junior team.
Senior Team[]
The Spurs entered the 1964-65 Alberta Senior Playoffs as an independent (non-league) team and lost the semi final.
They played in the Western Canada Senior Hockey League from 1966-68. They won the league title in 1965-66 and 1966-67, losing the 1966-67 Allan Cup Final.

Junior Team[]
The Pincher Creek Panthers moved to become the Spurs in 1978.
The Spurs played in the Alberta Junior Hockey League until they went bankrupt in 1990. They then became the Calgary Royals.
