Calgary Currie Army was named after the Currie Barracks, the Canadian Army Base in Calgary. They played in the Alberta Inter-Services League from 1942-43 through 1944-45 and won every season.
In 1942-43 they lost the semi final in the 1942-43 Western Canada Allan Cup Playoffs.
In 1943-44 the Canadian Army barred its teams from playing in the Allan Cup playoffs. There were none in any case in 1944-45.
