The Burns Lake Braves were a men's senior hockey team that played in the Central Interior Hockey League from 1999[1] until 2005 and then returned from 2009 to 2011.[2] The team was based out of the Tom Forsyth Memorial Arena in Burns Lake, British Columbia. The team qualified for the 2004 Coy Cup as the CIHL's reprsentative when they lost in the final to Mackenzie Moose who were a Senior A team and not eligible for the Coy Cup tournament. They would finish 3rd in the round robin portion with a 1-2-0 record and lose in the semifinal to the North Island Capitals.
