Bruce MacGregor (born April 26, 1941, in Edmonton, Alberta) was a professional forward in the National Hockey League. During his 15 year career, MacGregor played for the Detroit Red Wings and New York Rangers, scoring 213 goals and 257 assists in 893 games.
Macgregor finished off his career with two seasons with his hometown Edmonton Oilers in the WHA in 1974-75 and 1975-76, He scored 37 goals and 38 assists in those two seasons. He was also a member of Team Canada at the 1974 Summit Series.
He won 5 Stanley Cups with the Edmonton Oilers as the Assistant General Manager 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990.
