The Brockville Civic Memorial Centre was an indoor arena located in Brockville, Ontario. The indoor arena was built in 1951 and had the roof collapse in 1978. The arena was previously an outdoor rink. A survey was done after the collapse and it was determined that the arena was built on poor soil and that contributed to the collapse as well as several other structural deficiencies.[1]
