Brian Wilks (b. February 27th 1966 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada) is a retired professional centre who played 48 games in the National Hockey League for the Los Angeles Kings.

The Kitchener Rangers' alumnus was drafted to the NHL by the Kings 24th overall in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft. Despite this high rank of selection however, Wilks failed to establish himself as a regular NHL player. In his second pro season, Wilks played 43 games for the Kings, registering 4 goals, 8 assists and 25 penalty minutes. That was his longest NHL stint however, as he would only appear in 3 more games in the league in the next 3 seasons. Wilks rather spent his time in the American Hockey League with the New Haven Nighthawks, the Cape Breton Oilers and the International Hockey League's Muskegon Lumberjacks. Wilks retired in 1990.
