Brian D. Loney (born August 9, 1972 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is a retired professional ice hockey right winger who played twelve games in the National Hockey League. He played with the Vancouver Canucks.

He played for the Notre Dame College in 1990-91, Ohio State University in 1991-92, and for the Red Deer Rebels in 1992-93.

The Vancouver Canucks chose him 110th overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. In 1993-94 he turned pro with the Hamilton Canucks and played four seasons in the Canucks' system. His only NHL experience was in 1995-96 when he scored 2 goals and 3 assists in 12 games for the Canucks.

In 1997 Loney went to Europe and spent almost all of the rest of his career there, except for brief stints with the Central Texas Stampede and the Greensboro Generals.

He retired in 2004.
