Brett MacDonald (born January 5, 1966) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played in one National Hockey League game with the Vancouver Canucks during the 1987–88 NHL season.
He played junior hockey for the North Bay Centennials and was chosen 94th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in the 1984 NHL Entry Draft. MacDonald played a good rookie season with the Fredericton Express in 1986-87 which earned him a one game callup with the Canucks in 1987-88.
That was the extent of his NHL career. MacDonald went on to play in the minor pros through the 1998-99 season.
