The Boulder Junior Bison is a USA Hockey-sanctioned Tier III Junior A ice hockey team based in Superior, Colorado. The team plays in the Midwest Division of the Western States Hockey League at the Boulder Valley Ice at Superior. The Boulder Junior Bison is owned by the Boulder Valley Hockey Foundation, a non-profit entity who also operates a youth hockey organization for Mites, Squirts, PeeWees, Bantams and Midget age players. Brent Cullaton, former professional hockey player, most recently with the Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League (CHL), is the General Manager and Head Coach.

Team History[]

Under previous ownership, The Bison were formerly known as the Colorado Outlaws from 2007-2009. The Colorado Outlaws played in Westminster, Colorado
