The Boston Advantage are a junior and youth hockey organization based out of the Pilgrim Skating Arena in Hingham, Massachusetts. The organization joined the United States Premier Hockey League's National Collegiate Development Conference, USPHL Premier Division, 18U, 16U, and 15U leagues for the 2020-21 playing season. The organization dates back to 2002 when Tim Lovell started Lovell Hockey which is a hockey skills training school and in 2006 started organized youth teams under the Boston Advantage name.
When the NCDC held its' draft for the 2023-24 season the Advantage were not part of the draft, which was held in late April of 2023.[1]
