Bob Stumpf (born April 25, 1953 in Milo, Alberta) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He played 10 games in the NHL with the St. Louis Blues and Pittsburgh Penguins during the 1974–75 season.

He played junior hockey for the Red Deer Rustlers, the Estevan Bruins, and the New Westminster Bruins and was chosen 40th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 1973 NHL Amateur Draft.

Stumpf turned pro with the Flyers' farm team the Richmond Robins in 1973-74 but was traded to the St. Louis Blues for George Pesut in November. He played 7 games for the Blues in the following season, scoring a goal and an assist, and then was traded to the Pittsburgh Penguins for Bernie Lukowich. Stumpf played 3 games for the Penguins that season.

He played the 1975-76 season with the Hershey Bears and then retired.
