Robert Douglas Gryp (born May 6, 1950 in Chatham, Ontario) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player.
Originally selected 50th overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1970 NHL Entry Draft, Gryp played for the Boston Bruins and Washington Capitals.
Gryp played for the Boston University Terriers. After leaving them in 1972, he was acquired by the Bruins in the inter-league draft. He only played one game for the Bruins.
The Washington Capitals picked him up in the 1974 NHL Expansion Draft. Gryp played in 73 games over two seasons for the Capitals, scoring 11 goals and 13 assists. Two more years of minor pro and Gryp retired in 1978.
