Bob Blackburn (born February 1, 1938 in Rouyn, Quebec) is a retired Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman who played 135 games in the National Hockey League for the New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins.

He played junior hockey for the Barrie Flyers from 1956 to 1958. He turned pro with the Quebec Aces in 1958-59 and ended up with the Providence Reds seven seasons from 1960 to 1966.

In 1968-69 he won the Eddie Shore Award while playing for the Buffalo Bisons. That season he also got his first NHL chance, playing 11 games for the New York Rangers. He was accquired by the Pittsburgh Penguins in 1969 and played two full seasons there. In 1971 he was traded to the Vancouver Canucks and played 1971-72 for the Canucks' farm team Rochester Americans. Blackburn retired in 1972.

In the NHL, Blackburn played in 135 games and scored 8 goals and 12 assists.
