Bobattwell

Robert Allan Attwell (born December 26, 1959 in Spokane, Washington) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played 22 games in the National Hockey League with the Colorado Rockies between 1979 and 1981. His father, Ron Attwell, and two of his uncles (Bill McCreary Sr. and Keith McCreary) also played in the NHL.

He played junior hockey for the Peterborough Petes from 1976 to 1979, winning the Memorial Cup in 1979. The Colorado Rockies chose him 106th overall in the 1979 NHL Entry Draft.

Attwell played in 22 games for the Rockies from 1979 to 1981, scoring a goal and five assists. After that he spent his time in the minors. In 1984 Attwell went to Germany, where he spent the last six years of his career. He retired in 1990.
