Blair David Mackasey (born December 13, 1955) is a former professional ice hockey defenceman. He was drafted in the fourth round, 55th overall, by the Washington Capitals in the 1975 NHL Entry Draft. He was also drafted by the Indianapolis Racers (fourth round, 47th overall) of the World Hockey Association in the 1975 WHA Amateur Draft.

Mackasey played just one game in the National Hockey League, with the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 1976–77 season.

He played junior hockey with the Montreal Junior Canadiens and the Montreal Red White and Blue from 1970 to 1975. He turned pro in 1975-76 with the Washington Capitals' farm teams Richmond Robins and the Dayton Gems.

Traded in 1976 to the Toronto Maple Leafs for cash, MacKasey got into one NHL game for the Leafs in 1976-77. While playing for the Dallas Black Hawks, he severly injured his back. THe surgery ended his career after the 1977-78 season.

He also played minor-league baseball for two seasons in the Montreal Expos organization.
