Ben Blood (born March 15, 1989 in Plymouth, Minnesota) is an American defenceman playing for the North Dakota Fighting Sioux.
He played junior hockey for the Des Moines Buccaneers and the Indiana Ice in 2007-08. The Ottawa Senators chose him 120th overall in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
Blood went on to play for North Dakota starting in the 2008-09 season.
