BK Mladá Boleslav is a professional ice hockey team located in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. The Czech Extraliga club was founded in 1908 and plays its home games at the Zimní Stadion Boleslav.

The club has been a regular bottom league dweller, playing in the Czech 2.Liga and Czech 1.Liga for its whole history prior to 2008, where they promoted to the Extraliga for the first time of their history just in time for the club's 100th anniversary.

On September 22nd 2008, the team undertook its 100th season by defeating Oceláři Třinec 5-3 in its first game at the top level of Czech hockey of its long history, notably thanks to a hat trick by Roman Tomas. The team succesfully maintained itself at the elite level of the Czech hockey pyramid, despite experiencing a difficult season that saw them finishing in the last place of the league at the end of the regular season. Mladá Boleslav faced 1.Liga champions HC Slovan Ústečtí Lvi in the playouts and convincingly beat them 4-0, thus securing a place in the Extraliga for 2009-10.
