Augsburg Auggies

The Augsburg Aggies are a Men's Division III, and Women's Division III team in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.  The teams represent Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Both teams are based out of the Ed Saugestad Rink on the campus.

National Tournaments

2000

The two best teams in the nation were invited to hold a best of three series for the national championship.

The Middlebury Panthers defeated the Augsburg Auggies 2 games to none (5-1, 8-1) in a series held at Matthews Arena on the campus of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts March 24th and 25th 2000 to win the AWCHA Division III Championship.

2019

The team received an at-large bid to the tournament. They defeated the Wisconsin-River Falls Falcons in the quarterfinals 5-1, defeated the St. Thomas Tommies in the semifinals 3-0. The would lose the national championship game to the Plattsburgh Cardinals 4-0.
