Artem Demkov (born September 16, 1989) is a Belarusian professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for Elmira Jackals in the ECHL.
He participated at the 2011 IIHF World Championship as a member of the Belarus men's national ice hockey team. He also played at the 2008 and 2009 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
