The Aréna Fleury is an indoor arena located in the Montreal Nord section of the city of Montreal. The arena opened in 1978. The borough of Montréal-Nord has three arenas on its territory: Fleury, Arena Garon and Arena Henri-Bourassa. Due to concerns over the enivornmental impact of freon and fear of amonia leaks the Garon and Fleury rinks will be undergoing renovations along with the other 38 city owned rinks that use similar systems to be done by a mandated 2020 deadline. Due to a crunch of availability of ice in the city the Montreal-Nord Arctic of the Quebec Junior Hockey League are using the arena as a secondary home rink for several seasons.
