Andy Culligan is a retired Canadian forward. He was chosen 2nd overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1965 NHL Amateur Draft from the Junior "B" St. Michael's Buzzers.
Culligan never played in the NHL. He played one game for the Port Huron Flags in 1967-68. Later he joined the St. Francis Xavier University hockey team. Culligan played for them from 1970 to 1973 and in 1978-79. He scored 86 goals and 108 assists in 107 games.
