Acadia Arena

The Andrew H. McCain Arena formerly the Acadia Arena is a 2,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was built in 1988, and features an Olympic sized ice surface. It is home to the Acadia Axemen ice hockey team. Has also hosted exhibition games featuring Team Canada, NHL old-timers, the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, and the American Hockey League.

The arena was renamed after an extensive renovation in 2013, which was made in possible when a donation in honour of Andrew H McCain was made by his children.  The upgrade replaced the roof, improved heat and ventilation  and added other lighting and audio visual upgrades.
