Andrew Favot (born April 26, 1988 in King City, Ontario) is a Canadian Ice Hockey Left Winger.
He played Junior Hockey with the Thornhill Thunderbirds/Toronto Thunderbirds and Aurora Tigers, both of the Ontario Junior Hockey League.[1]
From 2007 to 2011, Favot played collegiately for the RIT Tigers of the Rochester Institute of Technology.[1] During his tenure with the Tigers, he scored 41 Goals and 89 Assists.[1]
Undrafted by any NHL team, Favot signed with the ECHL's Elmira Jackals on March 23, 2011.[2] On September 9, 2011, he signed with the Stockton Thunder, also of the ECHL.[3] On October 14, 2011, Favot was traded from the Thunder to the Utah Grizzlies.[4] On December 11, 2011, Favot was waived by the Grizzlies.[5] On December 12, 2011, he was picked up off of waivers by the ECHL's Reading Royals.[6] On January 4, 2012, Favot was released by the Royals.[7] On January 19, 2012, Favot was signed by the Missouri Mavericks of the Central Hockey League.[8] On March 1, 2012, Favot was released by the Mavericks.[9]
