Andrei Skabelka (Андрэй Уладзіміравіч Скабелка; born January 20, 1971 in Minsk) is a Belarusian ice hockey coach and former player. He is currently the head coach of the Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and of the Kazakhstani National Team.

Skabelka played for Belarus at the 1994 and 1995 World Championships "Pool C", 1996 and 1997 World Championships "Pool B", 1998 and 2002 Olympics, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2005 and 2006 World Championships and at the 2002 and 2004 World Championships Division I.

Skabelka was the assistant coach of the Belarus at the 2012 World Championship and the head coach at the 2013 World Championship. He was also the head coach of the Kazakhstan at the 2019 World Championship Division IA.
