Andi Petrillo is a hockey broadcaster that currently works with Hockey Night in Canada[1]. She is the first-ever female member to serve on a full-time basis with HNIC’s studio team.
Career[]
In 2006, she joined Leafs TV (owned by Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment) and served as a reporter for broadcasts of games featuring the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs and their AHL affiliate, the Toronto Marlies, respectively. With ESPN, she had the opportunity to do some freelance work such as sideline reporting for the 2008 National Lacrosse League championship game.
Hockey Night in Canada[]
Petrillo joined HNIC for the 2011-12 NHL season. Her role is one where she hosts the iDesk portion of the broadcast.
