2021 to present: Anchorage Wolverines

The Anchorage Wolverines are a Tier II Junior A ice hockey team in the North American Hockey League's Midwest Division. The team's home arena Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska. The team was announced as an expansion team for the 2021-22 playing season on March 22, 2021[1]

On April 15, 2021 the team announced its' colors and logo. They also announced Mike Aikens as the team's first head coach.[2]

  • On July 8, 2024 the team announced that they are moving their home games to Sullivan Arena starting with the 2024-25 season.[3] They had been playing out of the Ben Boeke Ice Rink since their founding in 2021.
