1911 Brooklyn Crescents
The American Amateur Hockey League was one of the earliest leagues in the United States.
It existed from 1896 to 1918 and was based only in New York City until 1914, when a team from Boston joined. All games were played at the St. Nicholas Rink. If any games were played in Boston it would have been at the Boston Arena.
