The Alvernia Golden Wolves are a Women's Division III ice hockey team representing Alvernia University, located in Reading, Pennsylvania from the Middle Atlantic Conference. The team is based out of Body Zone, in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The women's program was established for the 2019-2020 season. The team has won MAC regular season titles in 2023 and 2024 (co-champ).
