Aleksandr Viktorovich Kozhevnikov (born September 21, 1958 in Penza, Soviet Union) is a retired ice hockey player who played in the Soviet Hockey League. He played for Krylya Sovetov Moscow and HC Spartak Moscow. He was inducted into the Russian and Soviet Hockey Hall of Fame in 1982.
He had been involved in attempting to get an arena built in Makhachkala in the early 2010's. The city is mainly known for producing amateur wrestlers, MMA fighters and football players and he felt that the sport of ice hockey would be a perfect compliment to the other sports. The plan apparently fell through.
