Alex Campbell (born April 20, 1948 in Chatham, Ontario) was a right winger.
He was chosen by the Boston Bruins 2nd overall in the 1964 NHL Amateur Draft. He was traded by the Bruins to the Montreal Canadiens along with Ken Dryden right after this draft for other choices Guy Allen and Paul Reid.
Campbell played junior hockey for the Peterborough Petes and then went to St. Lawrence University. He also played one season for the Muskegon Mohawks in 1971-72.
