The Alberta Junior Female Hockey League is a women's junior level hockey league.  The league was founded in 2009.  It is for female hockey players 18-21 years old.

The league founding members were based in Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, Irma, Spruce Grove, Wainwright, Red Deer, and Edmonton

By 2011 the league expanded to Calgary (2 teams) and Cremona/Mountainview as well as Red Deer and Lethbridge.
