The Acadia Axewomen were the women's hockey team representing Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The team was based out of the Acadia Arena which is located on the campus of the school. The team is a member of the Atlantic University Sport Women's League. The team had been a member of the league since it was founded in 1997 until the team was discontinued after the 2001-02 season.
