The East Division All-Stars beat the West Division All-Stars 4-1. The goal scorers were (for the East) Jacques Laperriere, Bobby Hull, Gordie Howe and Walt Tkaczuk and for the West Dean Prentice.

The Most Valuable Player was Bobby Hull.
