Changes: 22nd National Hockey League All-Star Game

The 22nd National Hockey League All-Star Game was held on January, 1969 in the Montreal Forum in Montreal, Quebec, the home of the Montreal Canadiens.

The East Division All-Stars tied the West Division All-Stars 3-3. Frank Mahovlich of the East Division scored two goals and won the Most Valuable Player Award.
