This is the 2024-25 Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League season This is the league's 60th season.
- On April 29, 2024 the Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League announced it and its' eleven member teams were leaving the sanctioning of Hockey Canada and BC Hockey effective the start of the 2024-25 playing season citing wanting to enhance the development opportunities for players and greater autonomy.[1]
