All seven teams qualify. The second seed plays the 7th seed, third seed plays the sixth seed and the fourth seed plays the fifth seed in the quarterfinals with the first place team earning a bye to the semifinals. Teams are re-seeded for the semifinals. All rounds are best-of-three. The playoff champion advances to the 2025 Esso Cup West Regional.
