- The Lambton Jr. Sting are renamed the Sarnia-Lambton Jr. Sting after moving its' home games to Sarnia's Progressive Auto Sales Arena for the 2023-24 season.

Playoffs[]
All eight teams qualify for the playoffs. The quarterfinal round is best-of-three. The semifinals and final are best-of-five. The playoff champion advances to the 2025 Telus Cup Central Regional.
