Hockey Manitoba had the Champions of Manitoba’s 2 active Senior A Leagues face off for the Manitoba Championship, the Manitoba Cup. Due to the Carillon Senior Hockey League and North Central Hockey League not playing for the 2022-23 season the format was modified to have two teams playing a best-of-three series.
