The 2023 Central Canada Cup held April 20 to 23, 2023. The event is hosted by the Thunder Bay Northern Hawks at the Thunder Bay Tournament Centre in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This is the first year of the event under this name, previously it was called the Keystone Cup
