This is the 2023 Alberta Senior AA Playoffs tournament. The Wainwright Rustlers of the Sask/Alta Senior Hockey League are host for the event. All games will be held at the Peace Memorial Multiplex in Wainwright April 6 to 9, 2023.

- Sask/Alta Senior Hockey League: Elk Point Elks (furthest advancing Alberta team in league playoffs)
- Wild Card Entry: Spirit River Rangers (representing North Peace Hockey League)
Notes[]
- The North Peace Hockey League champion or the furthest advancing Alberta-based team is eligible to advance to the tournament. The eligible team has declined to participate in the event each year over the past several years.
- The North Central Hockey League (Alberta) announced that they would not be participating in the tournament during their pre-season organizational meeting.
- The only other league in the province, the East Central Senior Hockey League, which is a Senior A level league, has not had any teams participate in the event in its history.
