This is the 2023-24 Ontario University Athletics women's ice hockey season.

Membership Changes[]

On February 17, 2023, the University of Ottawa announced its' intention to shift the Ottawa Gee-Gees women's ice hockey team to OUA commencing with the 2024-25 playing season. As part of the OUA release it also indicated the the Carleton Lady Ravens ice hockey would also be joining the OUA in the same timeframe.[1]

McCaw Cup Playoffs[]

The top 4 teams in each division qualify for the playoffs. Both finalist qualify for the 2024 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship to be held March 14-17, 2024 at Merlis Belsher Place on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Quarterfinals[]

York Lions beat Nipissing Lakers 2-games-to-none.

Toronto Varsity Blues beat Queen's Golden Gaels 2-games-to-1.

Guelph Gryphons beat Windsor Lancers 2-games-to-none.

Waterloo Warriors beat Laurier Golden Hawks 2-games-to-none.

Semifinals[]

Waterloo Warriors beat York Lions 2-games-to-1.

Toronto Varsity Blues beat Guelph Gryphons 2-games-to-1.

Final[]

Waterloo Warriors (as conference champion) and Toronto Varsity Blues (as runner-up) advanced to the 2024 U-Sport Women's ice hockey championship to be held March 14-17, 2024 at Merlis Belsher Place on the campus of the University of Saskatchewan in Regina, Saskatchewan.
